4. Product Information

We take care to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, because many of our products are natural and produced in small batches, slight variations may occur.

Natural Honey
The colour, flavour, aroma and texture of our honey may vary depending on the floral source, season and harvesting conditions. Crystallisation is a completely natural process and does not indicate that honey has spoiled.

Product Packaging
We occasionally update our labels and packaging. The packaging received may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise clearly indicated in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers. TnT Honey does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised, as applicable. If a payment cannot be completed, the order may remain pending or be cancelled.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, where available.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Food Products
Due to the nature of our food products, returns for a change of mind may be restricted where permitted by law. However, this does not affect your statutory rights to return defective, unsafe or otherwise non-compliant products, or any applicable rights relating to online purchases.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be processed using an appropriate payment method and within the period required by applicable law.

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further information.

9. Honey Storage & Natural Characteristics

Our honey is a natural product, and its characteristics may change over time. We recommend storing honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Crystallisation is a natural process that can occur in pure honey and does not mean the product has spoiled. To return crystallised honey to a smoother consistency, gently warm the sealed jar in warm water. Avoid boiling water or direct heat.

Important: Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.

Customers should also review product labels for ingredient, allergen, storage and usage information before consumption.

10. Allergens & Product Safety

Some TnT Honey products may contain or come into contact with ingredients that can cause allergic reactions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredient lists and allergen information before consuming our products.

If you have a known food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before purchasing if you require further information.

We take reasonable care to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information in accordance with applicable food labelling requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
