Our Macadamia Honey is inspired by the beautiful relationship between bees and flowering macadamia orchards. The nectar from macadamia blossoms creates a honey with a smooth, rounded sweetness and subtle nutty and buttery undertones. Despite its name, the honey does not taste like macadamia nuts themselves. Instead, the floral source contributes a gentle richness and creamy nuttiness to the overall flavour.

Store in a cool dry place, and out of direct sunlight. Crystallisation is a completely natural process that can occur in pure, minimally processed honey and does not mean your honey has gone bad. It’s simply a sign of honey’s natural sugars forming crystals over time, changing its texture and appearance. To return it to a smooth consistency, gently warm the sealed jar in warm water, avoiding boiling water or direct heat to help preserve its natural goodness.
