Our Cape Multi Flora Honey is a true expression of the Western Cape landscape. Created from the nectar of a variety of flowering plants, trees and wildflowers, this honey offers a beautifully complex flavour that changes subtly with the seasons and the areas in which our bees forage. The result is a well-rounded honey with a rich floral sweetness, gentle caramel-like notes and a subtle depth that develop on the palate.

Do not give honey to infants under 12 months of age due to the risk of infant botulism.

Store in a cool dry place, and out of direct sunlight. Crystallisation is a completely natural process that can occur in pure, minimally processed honey and does not mean your honey has gone bad. It’s simply a sign of honey’s natural sugars forming crystals over time, changing its texture and appearance. To return it to a smooth consistency, gently warm the sealed jar in warm water, avoiding boiling water or direct heat to help preserve its natural goodness.
